Skeleton Crew’s fourth episode, “Can’t Seem to Remember No At Attin” expanded the larger mystery even further, but critics loved the focus on the breakout star of the show: Neel.
What they’re saying:
AV Club praised the episodes illustration of the complexity of warfare and called Neel “one of the best additions to Star Wars in years”
Gizmodo continued the love as they commended The Daniels’ efforts in creating “an excellent, jam-packed, adventurous episode”
IGN called Episode 4 the best of the series so far and noted that the camera shift during SM-33’s attack was reminiscent of the Evil Dead franchise and was “unusually artful for this or indeed any Star Wars show”
The bottom line: Skeleton Crew continues to impress viewers, and Neel getting his moment to shine was widely hailed as a great move. The mystery of the children’s homeworld somehow gets more intriguing every episode, and now that we’re halfway through the season, critics can’t wait to see what stone gets turned over next!
