Julian Gerighty of Massive Entertainment admits that he’s ‘a little disappointed’ with the Metacritic score for Outlaws but says the team has a wonderful ‘sense of accomplishment’ and a bright future for the game.
Why it matters: Star Wars Outlaws released to a Metacritic score of 76, which is encouraging for Massive’s first open-world game, but Gerighty acknowledges there is room for improvement.

With a Season Pass already announced, post-launch support for Outlaws is guaranteed along with upcoming patches.
Gerighty believes Outlaws will be a game that ‘millions of people are going to play for years and years.’
The Big Picture:
Future patches may address player concerns regarding the difficulty of stealth missions and other quality-of-life upgrades.
The first expansion, Wild Card, will will focus on Lando Calrissian and be released in Fall 2024.
