alentine’s Day is a celebration of love throughout the galaxy, and Star Wars decided to get in on the action with their most iconic couple. Today, it was announced that Beth Revis, author of Rebel Rising, will be telling the story of Han Solo and Leia Organa’s marriage and time as newlyweds.
The Princess and the Scoundrel is an adult novel from Del Rey that is set for release on August 16th. Before today, August was one of the only months lacking a Star Wars adult or YA novel through December, but now, fans will be getting a near non-stop flow of books throughout 2022.
Revis’s tale will begin with the wedding of Han Solo and Leia Organa on Endor and tell the story of their honeymoon trip on the Halcyon starcruiser: the ship featured in the upcoming Galaxy’s Edge hotel attraction and the Halcyon Legacy comic miniseries.
