What’s new:

  • Empire revealed the first image of SM-33, a new droid that will be following the adventures of the main crew
  • Directors Lee Isaac Chung, Jon Watts, David Lowery, Jake Schreier, and Bryce Dallas Howard shared how they came to work on the newest Star Wars project

  • Showrunner Jon Watts admitted that the hiring process was exceptionally easy and nobody turned it down!
  • Most of the directors had preexisting relationships with Watts including Schreier who was the college roommate of both showrunners
