‘Star Wars: The Last Order’ Cover Revealed
Thanks to an exclusive reveal from Collider, we have our first look at the cover from Kwame Mbalia’s upcoming young adult novel featuring Finn & Jannah.

What we see:
The cover, created by designer Jason Wojtowicz and artist Kim Thompson, features Finn and Jannah in stormtrooper armor without helmets
They are framed by flowers which Mbalila reveals is integral to the story according to his accompanying interview with Collider

The backstory:
Mbalia originally came up with the idea for the novel years ago before his agents told him to stop tweeting out story ideas for free
After seeing the cover, Mbalia bought a pair of shoes to match the design which he will hopefully reveal soon!
Mbalia calls working with Finn a dream come true saying that he is “the type of character that I like to write — someone who can be silly and irreverent at times, and also serious and loyal, and dedicated to his friends, allies, and family”
Star Wars: The Last Order will be released on October 21st, 2025!
