Keeper of Vader's castle, Vaneé, has captured some of the rebel trespassers in his master's fortress, but rather than deal with them swiftly, he prefers to instill fear into their very hearts with some of the most frightening tales in his recollection. The first, entitled the Horned Devil, follows a band of new recruits aboard Captain Spikewheel's ship, the Salvage-1, as they are tasked with proving their worth by traveling to the planet Lotho Minor and surviving a night in its haunted underground labyrinth. However, they are not the only inhabitants of the labyrinth, and soon enough a devilish being appears who promises to make their one-night stay all the more difficult to complete, let alone survive...
