In the ancient world of Jedha, where all paths converge, the Jedi are just one among many creeds that come to study and worship the Force. With the Festival of Balance on the horizon, the galaxy is still reeling from the recent violence on Eiram and E'ronoh. But the Jedi believe they have a chance to achieve a lasting peace, and they arrive on Jedha with delegations from both planets to end the "Forever War" once and for all.

As the Jedi hope to create a symbol of unity through the harmony of Jedha's many factions and the signing of a peace treaty, rumors begin to spread that the Jedi are the cause of war and unrest. The distrust and anger that fueled the Forever War threaten to corrupt the communities of Jedha, and violence breaks out on the sacred moon, jeopardizing the very peace the Jedi seek.
